Shipping

Every Make Waves piece ships from our studio in Irwin Drive, Stateline NV, United States. We're a small, independent operation — your order is picked, packed, and sent with intention, not off a conveyor belt.

Processing. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During drops and launch weeks, please allow up to 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number the moment it ships.

Domestic (US). Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free. (Optional — free-ship thresholds lift average order value; set it just above your average cart.)

International. We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, we can't refund the original shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands — but we've got your back. If tracking hasn't moved in 10+ days (domestic) or 30+ days (international), reach out at orders@mwapparel.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
