Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. Once an order ships, it can't be changed — but you can return it within 30 days.

My order confirmation never arrived.
Check spam first, then email orders@mwapparel.shop with the name used at checkout and we'll track it down.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Rarely. Make Waves drops are produced in limited runs — when a capsule sells out, it's usually gone. Join the mailing list to hear about restocks and new capsules first.

How does the fit run?
Our pieces run true to size with a relaxed streetwear cut. If you're between sizes and want a cleaner fit, size down; for an oversized look, size up. Detailed measurements live on every product page.

How do I care for my pieces?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Hang dry — skip the dryer to protect the print and the fit. Do not iron directly on graphics.

Where are your pieces made?
Our garments are made on ethically produced blanks and printed/finished

How long until my order ships?
2–4 business days (up to 7 during drops). You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the studio.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Customs fees and duties, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility. Full details on our Shipping page.

What's your return policy?
